To register and use nustat, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines where online sports betting and casino-style gaming are permitted under applicable local laws. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement and that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is restricted or prohibited. nustat reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documents at any point, and accounts may be suspended pending successful verification. Only one account per person is permitted — creating duplicate or multiple accounts is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep your account details updated at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nustat account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with any other person, and do not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf. nustat cannot be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including all bets placed and withdrawals requested. nustat operates a strict one-account-per-person policy and any attempt to circumvent this by registering under a different name or email address will result in all associated accounts being closed.
All transactions on nustat are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits can be made via GCash, Maya, InstaPay, or PESONet bank transfer, and are typically reflected in your nustat account balance within seconds for GCash and Maya. Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, and nustat does not charge any processing fee on withdrawals from our end. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform page and may be updated from time to time. You may only withdraw funds from your account that represent genuine wagering activity — any attempt to deposit and withdraw funds without engaging in genuine betting or gaming activity may be treated as a breach of these terms. nustat reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any transaction before processing a withdrawal, and may request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds. Any balance remaining in a dormant account may be subject to an inactivity review in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
All sports bets placed on nustat are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are displayed within the Bet section of the platform. In the event of any discrepancy between a displayed price and the correct market price at the time a bet is accepted, nustat reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the player's account. Bets are not valid until they have been confirmed and a bet reference number has been issued to your account. Casino-style games are governed by individual game rules which are displayed within each game interface in the Games section. Results generated by games are determined by certified random number generation processes and are final once a game round has been completed and settled. nustat does not accept liability for any disruption to a game or betting session caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end — any open bets that cannot be settled due to a server-side issue on our part will be voided and stakes returned. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the nustat platform without prior written consent. Posting, sharing, or distributing any content from the platform that is defamatory, offensive, or infringes the intellectual property rights of nustat or any third party is strictly prohibited.
nustat provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical faults that are outside our reasonable control. Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the value of the stake or deposit directly involved in that incident. nustat is not responsible for any loss caused by a player's failure to read and comply with applicable betting rules, game rules, or these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this clause shall limit nustat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
